Shower Enclosures & Bath Screens

Why do you suggest to seal the shower enclosure on the outside only (where the shower sits onto the tray) ?

This is because water will enter into the aluminum sections of the product. By leaving the inside free of silicone it will allow the water to drain through the enclosure and back into the tray.

How do I keep my enclosure/bath screen clean?

We recommend cleaning the glass and aluminium using warm soapy water followed by rinsing and drying with a soft cloth.

  • Do not allow lime scale to build up in hard water areas
  • Clean the glass regularly using warm soapy water
  • Do not use abrasive products or cleaners containing bleach or solvents, scouring pads or any sharp instruments on any of the surfaces
  • Install the enclosure in a well ventilated area, excessive steam can cause mould to grow

A 50:50 solution of water and vinegar may help to remove water marks. Ensure all vinegar residue is rinsed away with clean water.

The Aqualux Showerblade is the perfect solution to prevent the build up of limescale and keep your shower enclosure clean on a daily basis.
